I've been working in F&B industry for more than twenty years. I experienced some failures but I now realize that I found the way to success by the mistakes.
I've brought many restaurant brands from all over the world. With my experience, I want to support people who need advice to operate restaurant or who want to open restaurant.

I learned two things though my experience. One is that there are two types of restaurant business. Large scale such as fast food and small scale. I prefer the small scale because they have different menu at each outlets. Customers can feel "Handmade" or "Heart warming" service and food. The other thing I learned is that we need to keep changing while protecting the policy.

Thanks to my experience, I have connection with partners overseas. By teaming up with them, I could bring their history and the authenticity to Japan. On the contrary, I think it possible to bring something good in Japan to the world.

My goal is to increase successful restaurants. Then, I want those who work in the industry to be happy to work.
